Shell started working as a Nail technician in 1992 and quickly followed to study Beauty Therapy before opening her first salon in 1994. Later she worked as a trade show exhibitor and demonstrator in the UK, Europe and USA and European Master Artist Educator teaching all aspects of nail technology along with representing the UK in worldwide nail competitions.
Shell felt she needed to open a salon where people could literally Escape everyday life, that's when Escape was born. Shell is also a qualified Holistic and aroma Therapist, Sports Therapist, Nutrition adviser and fitness instructor.
Shell loves her job and enjoys every single day at work.

With over 17 years experience in the industry Kelly has achieved her Level 2 in Beauty Therapy & Level 3 in Holistic Therapy. She is currently gaining her Reiki Level 2 qualification. Kelly has done multiple extra courses on top of her qualifications she loves to keep on top of her CPD, keeping her up to date with all new products and trends keeping it more specialised for that unique experience.

Courtney started her career in 2016 studying her level 2 beauty therapy at Hopwood hall college. She then went on to train with Orly in London where she fell in love with nails and all things nail art, after training Courtney moved on to working in the centre of Manchester to learn all about the nail industry and to gain more experience, Always keeping up with new trends,nail art and products. Finalist in the 2023 Nail Technician of the year.

Stevie started her career in Makeup Artistry in 2008 whilst studying a Theatrical Makeup unit at Yorkshire Coast College. She gained practical experience working with various Theatre Companies in the North Yorkshire area before leaving to pursue her career as a Freelance mobile Makeup Artist. In 2019 she completed her level 3 in Makeup Artistry specialising in Bridal, Photographic and Editorial makeup and Salon Management. In early 2022, Stevie qualified as a Lash and Brow Technician and now offers a wide range of lash and brow services. Stevie loves her job and is a passionate advocate for female empowerment and body positivity.
